In fact, there are Hebrew words which scholars cannot determine the meanings of except as they look back at the languages of Africa, especially the languages of Nilotic and Saharan peoples. There are many correspondences with Luo words, for example.Alice C. As an African born in the diaspora, and like many of us searching for our true roots, I have done a lot of research on this topic and agree with you about much of what blog about. I was only trying to point out to you an ancient Kushite nation, still in Africa, with a long kushite tradition to this day. Details are in these scriptures: (Psalm 68:31-35, Acts:8:27-38)Thanks.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06310633179018154026noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-688820610845171516.post-19338921270165618292013-01-17T11:15:51.510-08:002013-01-17T11:15:51.510-08:00Lidj,
I apologize for taking so long to respond. ...Lidj,

I apologize for taking so long to respond. The beginning of the school semester has demanded much of my time and attention.

The term "Kushites" refers to many Nilotic and Saharan peoples. It is a general term. It cannot be applied to Nilotes and Saharans before about 3000 B.C. as the term relates to one of Noah's grandsons who was named Kush.

Unlike most world religions, Christianity did not have a founder. Jesus is not the founder of Christianity, He never claimed to be. As the "Seed" of God, Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of the Faith of Abraham and his Kushite and Proto-Saharan ancestors. In this sense Christianity represents many of the oldest known religious beliefs. Specifically, it continues the expectation of an Immortal coming to earth as a mortal. He is sometimes called the "Ancient of Days" and his coming was anticipated by Abraham and his ancestors long before there was an ethnicity known as Jews.

You might find this article helpful:

http://www.virtueonline.org/portal/modules/news/article.php?storyid=13357#.ULETpOTpegQ

Best wishes to you.

Alice C. However , I have many questions, but here's one for starters. What is the significance of original Kushites who are still in Africa today, and whose traditions are Hebrew and Ancient Christianity of 1600 years officially, and unofficially, 2,000 years. (Acts 8:26-38)?Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06310633179018154026noreply@blogger.com
